Join us to learn more about these two candidates running to represent our community!
Wilmington native, educator, mother, and longtime activist Dr. Adriana Leela Bohm is running for State Senate to fight for fairness, opportunity, and justice for all.
A former Red Clay school board member and sociology professor, Dr. Bohm has spent her life standing up for public education, working families, and inclusive communities.
Her priorities include:
Strong public schools — universal pre-K, free meals, fair funding, and no censorship
Economic stability — livable wages, affordable housing, and access to essentials
Healthy communities — clean air, safe neighborhoods, and more green spaces

A mother, community advocate, and software engineer, Rachel “Rae” Krantz is running for State House Representative because everyone deserves a safe, healthy, and affordable life.
Since 2018, Rae has volunteered with Democratic campaigns and advocated for issues that are important to Delawareans, such as the “Fight for 15” minimum wage increase and Paid Family & Medical Leave (sponsored by then-State Senator Sarah McBride and State Representative Deb Heffernan).
Her priorities include:
Strong communities – roads that are safe for kids and adults alike, more creativity in public education, and protections for LGBTQ+
Affordable day-to-day – reign in energy costs, support aging-in-place, and increase access to healthcare
Climate resiliency – forward-thinking water infrastructure, clean energy generation, and sustainable development
Deb Wartel and Amy Podolsky are pleased to invite you to an evening with Adriana Leela Bohm.
